凭借从东林银行侵占的一亿八千万巨款以及记有借名户口名单的“黑色革手册”，原口元子在银座开举了自己的俱乐部，作为银座年轻的妈妈桑开始了新的道路。某天，她在银座街上遇到了前同事山田波子。波子为了前男友欠了很多卡债，正在拼命工作还钱。元子把自己的名片递给她。元子的店开业一月余，安岛富夫到店里拜访元子。安岛说一直照顾他的大臣死后，遗孀接手了大臣的选区，宣布出马竞选，所以他可能放弃参加下次选举。元子劝他做好战斗的觉悟。不久后，波子到元子的店工作。入店之初，她就认识了楢林谦治，二人渐渐亲密起来。这让元子感到不安。而且波子因为从其他陪酒女手中抢客人而被同事们孤立。陪酒女们表示无法和波子一起工作，纷纷辞职。就在元子非常为难之时，波子怂恿楢林出钱为自己开夜总会，而且新店地址就在元子的店的楼上。为了制裁无视银座夜世界规矩的波子，元子给波子、楢林以及楢林的情妇中冈市子布下了陷阱。
