PING collaborates with the bandits of the Flying Tiger Citadel. Believing that MUI will not use ten thousand public funds to save LAU, PING plans to kill LAU and MUI and at the same time take the money. From the clues left by LAU, WONG comes to the conclusion that PING is the mastermind of the kidnapping, and that there is an informer in yamen. He therefore decides to turn PING’s trick against him.
