Wan and the other inmates are angry with Wai’s inhumanity, they blockade the prison and are going to kill Wai. Nga becomes the prisoners’ representative in the negotiation. Leung rushes to the prison. He hints to Nga about another secret exit by putting message inside the bread delivers to the women prisoners. Nga stops Wan and the other inmates from killing Wai. In the end, the rioting inmates surrender, while Nga escapes successfully during the riot. Leung sends Nga to a save place.
