Jacob and Elaine clash over her defence strategy for elderly client, Liang – on trial for the murder of his wife, Rosie. Elaine wants to argue that Liang killed his wife in his sleep, but Jacob disapproves. Meanwhile, Derek is brought in for interrogation by Han and Razali.
