Meanwhile, an old brain tumor female patient, who is undergoing chemotherapy, exhibits drug allergy symptoms. Her brain tumor has to be removed. Oi-ling is chief surgeon on this occasion, and she astonishingly realizes assistant surgeon is Man-shun. Some actress is taken to hospital due to pneumonia, and she is then diagnosed with AIDS.
