A world where cosmetic surgery is now prohibited by law as a reaction to a past fad. Childhood high school friends Seiya (Yuzu Aoki), Rin (Ai Mikami), Reira (Natsumi Okamoto), and Takashi (Tatsuya Yamawaki) all have different faces, but Nakayama (Ryutaro Akimoto) was genetically engineered by his parents before he was born. Therefore, they have the same face as adults. The five of them always spend time together after school, but Reira sometimes goes on a date with a man she doesn't know through "papa-katsu". However, the customer Fukui (Goro Inagaki) suddenly changes in a closed room...!
