The police cannot find SHUI’s body despite the painstaking search. YAU is so worked up that she finally falls down in a faint. KWAN would like to pay YAU a visit but is stopped by LAN. The doctor points out to YAU that YU has suffered a total and permanent loss of speech. Unfortunately their conversation is overheard by YU and the news has just come as a great blow to her. YU tries to commit suicide but is rescued by YAU just in time. SUN goes out to buy some food for YAU and YU, who are found to have disappeared later when he returns. SUN finally manages to locate the sisters at the seaside, who out of the blue are jumping into the sea hand in hand to kill themselves……
