Jaren geleden overleed de vader van Bazil bij het onschadelijk maken van een bom midden in de Marokkaanse woestijn, zijn moeder raakte totaal gestoord en Bazil werd naar een weeshuis gestuurd. Nu werkt de volwassen Bazil bij een videotheek, als hij door een bizar toeval in zijn hoofd wordt geraakt door een kogel. Hij overleeft het ongeval maar de kogel blijft zitten, met rare bijwerkingen als gevolg. Wanneer Bazil hierdoor zijn baan verliest, is de maat vol. Hij heeft het helemaal gehad met de wapenindustrie, waarvan zijn vader en hijzelf het slachtoffer zijn. Samen met zijn nieuwe vrienden bedenkt Bazil een briljant plan om de twee wapenfabrikanten te gronde te richten.
