SUM tells TUNG that she is going on a date with SAI-YAU, making TUNG believe that they have already become an item. HONG-CHAN tells his teammates that he needs to settle his sister’s school fees as soon as possible. FUNG sympathizes with CHAN and offers to lend him a large sum of money immediately, which surprises the whole team no end. FUNG does YEE a favor by delivering the door keys to her mother FUNG-PING, and later is even generous enough to do some repairs for the lady. SHUN-HING runs into his old neighbor Auntie TSAT at the bone-setting clinic, during which Auntie TSAT reveals that tenants FUNG CHOR-KAU, KOO WING-KEUNG and CHAN YUK-MING have claimed adverse possession of the rental flats originally owned by TSUI SAI-TAT.
