KWAN mother is shocked as she has been kidnapped. LAN sends policemen to protect KWAN and his mother. KWAN feels ashamed. BILL finds that it is more difficult to commit robbery and he wants to find a new partner who is good at driving. One day, he finds ME and he invites ME to be his partner. ME is a street wanderer who relies on the money he earns Tram car races. Moreover his girlfriend JOE helps him by stealing cars. MEI is KWAN's brother Tram different fathers.
