Quincy and Waldo get dressed up in Halloween costumes and head for a party. Magoo "comes out of the closet" as a free-wheeling mechanical space robot on wheels with a radio in the center... perfect for dancing! Magoo hits the reverse button by mistake and wanders into a mysterious cave, where the bears can't figure what's up. As bats look down from the cave's ceiling, Magoo starts a shocking conga line, dancing with everyone as lights from his robot costume blink back and forth.
