JOJO and EMPEROR leave the palace and go out for a walk. EMPEROR makes inquiry about the crazy woman’s trace. In the market, the mass is complaining about the government tax policy. TAN is scolding about the government tax system aloud. EMPEROR is very embarrassed. LAIRNE goes out to look for TAN. EMPEROR is shocked to see LARINE. Meanwhile, JOJO forces EMPEROR to leave the market. Fortunately, JOJO does not detect LARINE. JOJO makes EMPEROR drunk so that TOU could switch face with him.
