411 vor Christus. Sparta und Athen bekriegen sich seit 30 Jahren. Um dem sinnlosenKampf ein Ende zu setzen, besetzen die Athenerinnen unter Führung von Feministin Lysistrata die Akropolis. Sie verweigern sich ihren Männern sexuell, und zwar solange, bis endlich Frieden geschlossen wird. Hepatitos, Anführer der schwulen Gemeinschaft Athens, nutzt die Gunst der Stunde und überzeugt die Armee von der "Zwangshomosexualität", um angestaute Hormone abzubauen und wieder kampffähig zu werden. Nach anfänglicher Skepsis finden mehr und mehr Athener Gefallen am schwulen Liebesspiel, doch den Frauen entgeht natürlich nicht, daß ihr Plan zu mißlingen droht.
