Daminee Benny is a known name in cinema as well, where she has acted, coached and researched as a consultant for directors like Rituparno Ghosh, Vishal Bhardwaj, Kaushik Ganguly, Shoojit Sircar, Srijit Mukherji, Anik Dutta, Raj Chakraborty, Indranil Roychowdhury and Parambrata Chattopadhyay.
